https://thefederalistpapers.org/- On Monday, President Joe Biden unveiled a new tax initiative he called the “billionaire minimum income tax,” which would apply to those in the top 0.01 percent making over $100 million.
“The Billionaire Minimum Income Tax will ensure that the very wealthiest Americans pay a tax rate of at least 20 percent on their full income, including unrealized appreciation,” the White House said in a news release. “This minimum tax would make sure that the wealthiest Americans no longer pay a tax rate lower than teachers and firefighters.”
