Former President Donald Trump will remain on primary ballots for Colorado and all states for the 2024 presidential election, the U.S. Supreme Court announced in a unanimous ruling Monday.

The court made the announcement the day before Super Tuesday, when presidential primary elections will be held in Colorado and 15 other states.

The 20-page decision overturns a 4-3 ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court on Dec. 19 that said Trump was ineligible to be president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Section 3 prevents those who have “engaged in insurrection” from holding office again.
